Welcome! I’m currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas, where I assist in teaching Probability Theory and Statistics. I’m also preparing to begin a Ph.D. program and seeking opportunities to join a research group in the Spring or Fall of 2025.

I completed my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). My academic journey has been an incredible mix of learning and exploration, focusing on Solid-State Electronics, Analog Circuit Design, and Data Analysis. Along the way, I tackled courses like VLSI Circuits, Nanoelectronics, and Power Electronics, which have shaped my expertise. My undergraduate thesis was an exciting dive into renewable energy. I explored lead-free mixed halide double perovskites for solar cell applications, using SCAPS-1D software to analyze their performance. This work, titled “Exploring Lead-Free Mixed Halide Double Perovskites Solar Cell,” was presented at ICECE 2024.

At UT Dallas, I’ve designed a DC-DC Buck Converter in Cadence Virtuoso with TSMC 180 nm technology, focusing on MOSFET sizing and optimizing gate driver design to minimize losses. I’m working on a power device monitoring IC design scheduled for tape-out in Spring 2025. I’m particularly passionate about advancing research in IC Design, Analog Circuits, and Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors.
